This legendary Westlake Audio-designed control room provides stunningly accurate low end reproduction and clear stereo imaging, and has developed a reputation as the best control room in Montreal. With an ample 440 sq/ft tapering trapezoid design, floating floor and solid mahogany finishing throughout, Control A delivers an optimum balance between low-end absorption, and high-end diffusion, and a comfortable environment for a large group listeners.
Completing the picture is an SSL 4048 E, G+ computer with Total Recall automation (initially commissioned with transformer mic pre option) and a wide selection of class-A outboard pre-amps, processing and effects making it equally well-suited for tracking and mixing.
